All student participant registrations must be received at least a month before the event. We are unable to accept registrations after that deadline.

All performance schedules will be released on-site due to scheduling adjustments made up until the event.

The registration fee covers your admission to the conference but does not include any categories. It does not include meals, transportation, or lodging.

All writing and media must be submitted via Google Drive link that will be provided on our website by late February 2026.
