As you are preparing for summer camp 2026, here are a few important notes and reminders:
As of Camp Season 2026, Group IDs are no longer being used.
Sponsorship Codes can be made starting February 1.
Our camp registration platform is still UltraCamp. This allows churches to enter their sponsorship code and submit individual registrations.
As the leader of your church group, you will have the option to create an account in UltraCamp and make a sponsorship code for various financial reasons (such as scholarships, etc) on February 1st.
Spots are secured once a student registers and pays the $50 deposit.
Camp Registration opens FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED on March 1st.

All camper registration must be done online by the parent/guardian.

Recruit Room Leaders
At OYM Summer Camp, room leaders are called Support Staff. Groups must provide one adult (age 20+) per 11 same-gender students. Extra leaders are not guaranteed placement with your church group.
All Support Staff must attend mandatory training the Sunday before camp—no exceptions.

Church groups are strongly encouraged to arrange camper transportation that does not rely on Support Staff as drivers.
All camp staff must report Sunday night for mandatory training and cannot transport campers on Monday.

Download Camp Resources
In the Camp Resource folder you can find a “What to Expect” document to share with students and parents. This includes a packing list, tentative schedule, and emergency contacts.
In this folder you will also find Summer Camp promotional materials such as camp graphics and other promo materials.

Pray and Prepare
At OYM Summer Camp, we expect God to move powerfully in the lives of students. We invite you to join us in prayer as God prepares the hearts of our staff and students.
At camp, we receive an offering for Speed the Light, an initiative to help equip missionaries with resources to help make make Jesus known everywhere.
We encourage students and leaders to pray in advance and ask God what He would have them give. If each person gives $20, we could raise over $40,000 for Speed the Light!
