A fund is in place to receive donations to help students with a financial need to attend camp. To request financial assistance, complete this Summer Camp Financial Assistance Application and submit it to Ohio Youth Ministries by May 1, 2025, to be considered for the 2025 Summer Camps.
Financial Assistance is granted based on the availability of funds. To donate to the Summer Camp scholarship fund, make your check payable to Ohio Ministry Network and mail it to Ohio Youth Ministries – Camp Scholarship, 8405 Pulsar Place, Columbus, Ohio 43240.

To attend any OYM summer camps, students can be entering 6th grade and coming out of 12th grade.

Yes, Heartland’s staff can make sure your child’s dietary needs are met during their week of camp with us.
Please email us with any food allergies or dietary restrictions to: foodservices@heartlandretreat.com.

As a rule, all medication including vitamins must be given to the camp nurse. Special consideration can be made for EpiPens and inhalers. Click here to download the “Self-Carry Form” which must be completed by a physician prior to camp.

For every camp, drop off is Monday between 9:30 am - 11:30 am and pick up is Friday at noon.
